With 10 years of experience, Ms. Ladderton consistently demonstrates a commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for fostering a positive and productive learning environment. She holds a degree in American Literature and is known for her innovative instructional strategies and her ability to effectively differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of her students. Ms. Ladderton also mentors new teachers.
