Creating Accessible Content
When working on your website, it’s important to keep accessibility in mind. Here are a few helpful reminders:
*Headings must follow a logical order.
*Format lists with the bullet or number tool.
*Links should be descriptive and behave predictably.
*Provide meaningful alternative text for images.
*Minimize use of colors, and ensure high contrast.
*Videos need captioning or a transcript.
*Tables are only for data and need a defined header row.
*Documents must follow all of the above and not be scanned.
