Attend a school tour in January and learn about our school choice process taking place January 15 – February 15th, with virtual informational sessions Jan. 6, 8 and an in-person, Spanish language session Jan. 15. |

We encourage all families to begin by enrolling with your neighborhood school. Paper packets available as soon as February 1st. Evening drop-in enrollment support available at the District Office. Click here for drop-in dates. |

Visit your school, meet teachers, and connect with other kinder families on April 28th or 30th. Details for your school’s event coming soon! |

Kick off kindergarten with a fun family welcome! Join us for activities, crafts, story time, playground fun, and food trucks. Friday, May 8th, 5–7 PM |
5. KITS Program
The Kids in Transition to School (KITS) program is a FREE summer program for incoming kinders and their adults. Details for summer 2026 coming in March! |
6. First Day of Kindergarten!
Welcome to 4J! September 8th is the first day for all kinders. Smart start schedule coming soon. |
